Up - Light becomes theatrical
Up will add dynamism to your architecture, walls become sculptures and works of art show their mysticism. As the name implies, the Up directs it's light mainly vertically upwards. Depending on the lightsource or the use of interchangeable reflectors, the Up is available with different light distributions from narrow-beam to a wide-angle uplight. The Up is designed with a deep-set lamp source to reduce glare problems and supplementary louvers can be placed in the reflector's aperture as an extra protection against glare. The Up is a recessed fixture made of high-pressure die-cast aluminium with a silver wetpaint finish and can be used in wall, ceiling or floor applications where an IP54 rating is required. The double glazing creates an in-depth effect, in which the outer press fit glass covers the lower glass. Up creates a simple but powerful image that is effective through the light it emits.
Up and Round Up can be recessed in floors, walls or ceilings and is suitable for interior and exterior use. Due to the limited IP-rating, special precautions have to be taken when the fitting is installed in outdoor floor applications. Two versions are available: clear or frosted glass. The lightsources of Up have been upgraded with CDM-Tm to increase the light output and allows you to use this fitting in energy efficient applications or public spaces. The light distribution of the CDM-tm and QT12-ax versions depends on the reflector chosen: spot, medium, flood or wallwasher. The Up is available with or without internal transformer.
Mini Up and Mini Round Up can be recessed in floors, walls or ceilings. They are suitable for interior use and some exterior applications. Available with either clear or frosted glass.
Double Up can be recessed in floors, walls or ceilings and is suitable for interior use and for some exterior applications. Most luminaires are available in two versions with either clear or frosted glass. The light distribution of the QT12-ax versions depends on the reflector chosen: spot, medium, flood or wallwasher. Double Up is available with or without internal transformer.
Flat Up and Flat Round Up are ideal for situations where the recessing depth is restricted. Both luminaires can be used in floors, walls and ceilings and are suitable for interior use and for some exterior applications. Available only with frosted glass.
Up LED give the Up range a characteristic, uniform soft light. In its standard configuration the luminaire is fitted with cold white LEDs. The use of additional filters can create a warm white illumination or 6 unique colours.
